All orders ship on insured, trackable freight from our Johannesburg warehouse. High-value items — batteries, inverters, Powerwall — travel signature-required, and a specialist confirms your delivery window by phone before dispatch.
Delivery costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the parcels in your order. Oversize or multi-pallet commercial orders are quoted individually before payment.
Inspect packaging before signing. Note any damage on the waybill and photograph it — claims noted at delivery are honoured in full. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Protection Act. Returns of non-defective items are subject to a handling fee of at least 10%. Returns are governed by the return policy of the supplier or manufacturer of the item, and some suppliers charge a higher handling fee (up to 35% in some cases). Batteries and electrical items that have been installed or commissioned cannot be returned unless defective.
All equipment carries the manufacturer’s official South African warranty — Tesla, Sunsynk, Solis, BSL, Victron and Freedom Won claims are handled through us with local turnaround. Keep your VAT invoice; it is your proof of warranty.
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days of the returned item passing inspection. EFT refunds require confirmed banking details in writing.
