These terms govern all sales by Get Green Energy (Pty) Ltd through getgreenenergy.co.za. Placing an order constitutes acceptance. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand and include 15% VAT. A VAT invoice is issued on every order. Prices are subject to exchange-rate movement and supplier revision until payment clears; errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
Stock indicators are updated daily but are not guaranteed at the instant of order. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we offer an equivalent alternative, a back-order with a confirmed ETA, or a full refund — your choice.
Grid-tied equipment sold on this site is NRS 097-2-1 certified. Certain products, including Tesla Powerwall, are sold only to certified installers. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician who issues a Certificate of Compliance (CoC); manufacturer warranties may be void without one.
We accept card (Visa, Mastercard), PayFast, Ozow and direct EFT. EFT orders reserve stock for 48 hours pending proof of payment. Goods remain the property of Get Green Energy until paid in full.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss arising from grid failure, incorrect installation by third parties, or use outside manufacturer specifications.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
